In 1994, Retirement Alliance emerged as a firm that concentrated on and specialized in daily valued, participant-directed retirement plans.

From those beginnings, we have remained true to being a high-touch, daily technology-driven valuation recordkeeping firm with complete dedication to a personalized and progressive way of thinking throughout the entire organization.

Today, as a privately held and independent retirement plan platform provider based in Manchester, NH, we are committed to offering:

  • “True” Open Investment Architecture – with no proprietary fund requirements
  • Full Fee Transparency – we disclose and re-capture all available revenue sharing that Plan assets generate into an “ERISA budget account” that is used at the discretion of the Plan Sponsor, typically to offset plan related expenses
  • A validated “White Glove” Service model - combining experienced professionals with leading edge technology

Our experienced staff of professionals (numbering approximately 50 employees) service nearly 800 client plans representing 77,000 plan Participants and $1.3 billion in plan assets.

Defining the Retirement Plan Standard

Retirement Alliance is a boutique firm with a national reach. We work closely with intermediary Partners to construct and service retirement programs that are designed to meet the unique needs and achieve the stated objectives of Plan Sponsors. Together with our intermediary Partners and our Plan Sponsor clients, we strive to provide tools and resources that help Participants understand, appreciate and maximize the benefit they receive from their plans and to empower them to plan for and ultimately attain successful retirement outcomes.

All of our constituencies—retirement Plan Sponsors, Intermediary Partners (i.e., Benefit Sources & Solutions) and Plan Participants—receive highly personalized services that are delivered through our team of thoroughly engaged associates using a variety of technology-based resources and tools.

We have reason to be confident in our ability to deliver on this promise. With an average of more than 5 years’ tenure with Retirement Alliance, our associates average more than 10 years of experience in the retirement services industry. Drawing upon a collective background that includes all provider segments (banking institutions, mutual fund houses, wirehouse firms, insurance companies, independent service providers and payroll services), our associates manifest this diversity of perspective in a progressive and collaborative environment that empowers us to bring creative "outside the box" solutions to our constituencies.
