Retirement Alliance Boosts its Sales Staff

Alan Valenca, Retirement Alliance's marketing chief, confirmed that the TPA added Bill Riccio as a retirement plan consultant based in Phoenix. Riccio formerly worked at Charles Schwab and Vanguard. The TPA has also added David Hill, formerly of Alliance Benefit Group, to the same role serving the Midwest market and senior pension consultant Tim Nasworthy as the Mid-Atlantic liason. Nasworthy previously worked at Ameriprise Financial Services as a regional vice president. All three report to Valenca.

Additionally, the firm is still on the hunt for a Southeast consultant based either in Georgia or Florida. Valenca said the search is ongoing.
