Dedicated Conversion Specialist

Key functions of the Conversion Specialist include:

  • Schedule and conduct periodic/weekly status calls with Plan Sponsor.
  • Contact prior providers and coordinate the transfer of information, data and assets from them.
  • Reconcile Plan assets and Participant records as they are received.
  • Answer any questions and troubleshoot or resolve any issues that may arise during the transition period.

Once the Plan assets are reconciled with the Participant records received, the Plan “goes live.” At that time, the dedicated Conversion Specialist introduces the Plan Sponsor to our dedicated Retirement Plan Specialist during a “hand-off” call.

From that point forward, the dedicated Retirement Plan Specialist becomes the single point of contact for the Plan Sponsor. In this role, the Retirement Plan Specialist is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day processing activities, ensuring that our clients are delighted with our service. In addition, through their dedicated Retirement Plan Specialist, clients are able to draw upon the technical resources of the various other functional departments within Retirement Alliance.

And, because our Client Service Model is circular, not linear, a Plan Sponsor or Partner always has a dedicated team member to call on at any point in the process.
