With an average of over 10 years in the retirement planning industry, and more than five years at Retirement Alliance, our experienced professionals are committed to delivering the highest possible level of service to our clients.
Benefiting from our location just an hour north of Boston, Retirement Alliance has a deep and qualified local labor pool from which to draw in this highly technical and specialized business. As a result, many of our employees have joined Retirement Alliance after having “cut their teeth” at nearby retirement plan service centers of some of the largest vendors in the industry.
Our commitment to service excellence demands that we take great care of our employees so they can take great care of our clients. Toward that end, Retirement Alliance encourages and facilitates the ongoing training and professional development of our employees, and we have a cultural focus on expanding personal knowledge. All of our administrators are required to enroll in the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) Program* within one year of hire and all of our administrators and compliance specialists participate in ongoing professional education programs in order to stay current with the Internal Revenue Code, Department of Labor and federal Treasury regulations. We believe that by encouraging our professionals’ career development in an exhilarating, rewarding and collaborative work environment, they are empowered to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
*The APA program is run by the National Institute of Pension Administrators.
