Administrators typically work as employees of the firm. Investment managers that work with our firm typically do so on a subcontracting basis. Usually, they refer us business and we do the administration on the qualified plans and they handle the investment management normally for an investment management fee that we deduct on a quarterly basis and pay out the investment manager.
